JCPenney Rewards Access Program ("Program") is open to U.S. and PR residents age 18+. Eligible JCPenney credit cardmembers are automatically enrolled in the Program, which is available only to individuals (not businesses or resellers). Members earn CashPass points ("points") on qualifying purchases at JCPenney stores and jcp.com. For each eligible $1 spent on a qualifying purchase at JCPenney stores or jcp.com, you will, depending on your program tier, receive up to 2 points up to the point maximum when you pay with a JCPenney Credit Card or JCPenney Mastercard. You will receive 1 point up to the point maximum when you pay by any other method. 200 points earn a $10 CashPass (subject to expiration, activity requirements, and redemption restrictions), and 200 points will be deducted from your Program account. Points may be adjusted for returns and expire after 12 months of account inactivity. CashPasses will state the date the expiration date.
